Acho que o texto está um pouquinho confuso. Os links “Follow” é que são importantes.
Os links “No Follow”, como o “no” indica, significa que são ignorados pelo Google.

Boas a todos,
eu desde que instalei o Platinum SEO no meu blog, todos os meus links são por defeito “follow”, no entanto acho que é por isso que o google me penalizaou no pagerank. De qualquer das formas um link follow é 1 forma simpática de reconhecermos o trabalho de outros bloggers ao dar-mos-lhes algum “sumo” sobre o que escrevem.

Os links follow têm as suas desvantagens,por isso tenho o plugin de dar follow apenas ao 5 comentário.
